This time of year, many of our campuses participate in student conferences and training. Brown University/RISD, Boston University, Harvard, University of Connecticut, and MIT all joined together for a time of worship, teaching, and fellowship.
Here is one testimony of their time together from U Conn.
“Last weekend, we embarked on our annual trip to Hebron, NH for RUF New England Fall Conference. This is an incredible weekend where we join up with the other RUF ministries in the region to worship together in a beautiful place, hear from God’s Word, and relax and be refreshed. It is hard to overstate the value of these weekends. For our students, these weekends mean concentrated time focusing on God and His Word, as well as concentrated time to build relationships with each other. Our main speaker for the weekend spoke on the topic of friendship, and it was a timely word, as many of our students, like many students today, struggle with loneliness and isolation.
As I met up with students last week to hear about their takeaways from the weekend, it was clear that several of the students found it to be life-changing, and were so thankful for the insights they gleaned, as well as the relationships they formed.”

Over the next few weeks, the Mid-Atlantic schools will hold their fall training conference. Western PA schools have just finished their fall retreat and are gearing up for their fall training conference as well. Please pray for these conferences and that students would come away built up in their faith!
